Where we came from - and where we’re going!
Our Beginnings
Focus Systems’ founder, Blake Otto, witnessed some re-occurring issues in the technology provider industry. There was a lack of small to medium businesses that could affordably partner with a strategic IT provider. And when IT issues did happen, businesses were required to schedule an IT resource and get billed based on issues rather than solutions. Once the issue was fixed (or with a band-aid), the business wouldn’t see any strategic value or partnership. Security gaps were left open, and to fix them - businesses would be required to pay more.
The founder saw this disconnect in the industry as an opportunity to fix something that was broken. By combining resources, Focus Systems set out with a daring idea. Align every metric in the business to the value we provide to our clients. We would score ourselves on providing a complete IT solution that aligns with our client’s goals. Focus Systems began it’s early roots born from a simple idea to be #ClientObsessed in the heart of Fox Valley, Wisconsin. Our mission would be straightforward: Empower others through technology.
